Each of our monkeys is delivered in a medium-sized travel crate suitable for the initial 6 months of crate training. Before leaving, every monkey on an airplane will have a microchip. We have never had any issues with these company transporting our monkeys, and they take excellent care of them while in transit. All monkeys are shipped out when they are five weeks old. You will be notified of the exact time your monkey will arrive at your nearest airport, and you may choose to pick it up there or have it delivered to your home. If someone other than yourself will be picking up your monkey upon delivery, please let us know ahead of time so that we can acquire the proper names for the paperwork. 

We take pride in the fact that our relationship with you does not end when take home a monkey from us. Also, their health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment and overall care. If something does go wrong, we always strive to help, Often at times even when our guarantee doesn't cover it. While we may not be able to guarantee that your monkey will never have a health problem, We guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!.

Exceptions to our Guarantee

Nothing delights us more than knowing we were able to bring a healthy, happy monkey pet to you. We do seek out your help to ensure your monkey remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help:

Send us a copy of the examination (medical record) within 2 business days of receiving your monkey. The examination must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Your monkey will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your monkey.

The daily healthcare and maintenance of your monkey pet, including all the recommended immunizations and examinations.

While we de-worm and vaccinate your pup till the departure date, we'd like you to continue proper de-worming and conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by the veterinarian).
